Hi RIck,
Can you explain in more detail what you mean? Did you source a way to rebuild the throttle body using automotive parts and offer this as a service or is it a one-time deal, only one available?

I jave tested and restedted throttlebodies. I have not been able to rebild any as of yet. So I am down to 3 sold one today.

Capt Rick

Ps The ohms test does not indicate it will work? Just a good way to find issue. I have not been succesful with Automotive because the throttle cable mount is different. I have replaced the throttle control motor and clutch that showed bad and still would not work.

I need a throttle body!

I was told the Lexus LS 400 throttle body may work, but linkage and mounting may differ.

Anyone have one, or an idea? Buying a replacement engine is the alternative?

I was actually looking at this last night. Part number wise there is no match, however, the automotive and the boat models sure seem to share a bunch of the same parts.

The marine part number is 2203050120A

I found this one for a GS400 which seems to be really close. I'd guess that you could likely swap out the functional parts (motor..etc) with the one for the boat.

Looks like that supplier has the wrong diagrams shown. This appears to be the automotive version.

To use the automotive model you need to reuse the throttle cable sensor . To remove the screws you need a mechanical impact to loosen screw.
