Issues with the forum?

Am I the only one seeing issues with the forum? All or the buttons and inputs are missing their labels.  It looks like we might be missing, or have a corrupt language file based on some googling.

I'm also experiencing issues (don't see the buttons to logoff...).  I'm using Safari 9.0.3. on my Macbook Pro :)

Captain Rick. Are you using a custom theme for your login? I'm wondering if the main theme is broken?

Capt Rick:
I used Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, IE, all seem to work.  There is no save button there is Hit ALt+S
