Ready to buy S22. Whats the S22 market like now a days?

Looking to buy an S22. If anyone has one available and are willing to sell, I have the checks and driver ready today. Did that gravity games one just sell for $22,000? I was semi offered one that wasn't in as good shape cosmetically, but didn't get the deal done *cough capt rick *cough ;P

Whats the market like now a days? obviously they just pop up for sale here and there but I remember capt rick asking like $39k a couple years ago lol

I have an 01 S22 that I am looking to sell for cheap!  I am the original owner of this boat.
