I have a perfect Epic 22 with only 257 hours on it. It has never been in the saltwater and stored inside a heated shop. Open bow, heater, cd, temp guage, depth guage, Toyota mooring cover and all the amenities. Trailer is in perfect shape. Single axle with brakes. The boat is currently stored in Southern Oregon but can be brought to Portland if needed. It is Maroon in color. Maintanence has always been done. Please email me for lots of pics and even a video.
