what to look for in buying a 99
« on: December 31, 2008, 02:03:13 am »
I am looking at buying a 99 low hours epic that appears cosmetically to be in very good shape.  Are there particular issues I should be looking at?  Can any good marine mechanic work on the engine?  I like these boats and hope to keep this one a long time if I buy it.  thanks for your help

Check out the above past forum postings for all the information you need. I own a 99 Epic 21 and I can tell you that it has been a good boat to me and I have put over 1,000 hours on the boat. I had gauge issues once and did the wire upgrade to the dash and that worked wonders and other than doing the maintenance that has been all that I have had to do.
