The base of the eye to the top is 3cm.  The dia of the eye is 3cm

And you rock!  Here is what I am thinking for the safety trick release. This will mount to the pylon

and I will drill a hole in the end for the clevis pin for this release


The parts are now on order :)

Ok, so the tower clamps I got where not strong enough. Looking for a way to modify a wakeboard rack clamp to be the tower clamp now.
