Hey BS I finally measured my top end speed with the acme 3 blade 11.5.  Top speed was GPS 37.4 at 5500 RPM.  Load was about 3-4 adults.  Okay 2 adults and 4 kids.
Have you been happy with your hole shot?  When I switched props it really seemed to help.

Oh ya, hole shot is unreal.  Loaded with 2k ballast and 4 adults it is as fast as the old prop with zero ballast

the prop really makes a big difference.  What is your wot speed now?
