Transom Kick Guard
« on: September 11, 2012, 17:55:22 pm »
Anybody have experience replacing the plastic kick guard right above the swim platform? Should I just remove it? It's becoming pretty unsightly.

It's a 1999 X22

Its just a heavy duty 3M clear sticker like you see on some cars bumpers. Use a heat gun to help remove, otherwise your in for some work to get all the adhesive off. You can replace it with the same or something like "Gator Grip". I used gator grip on my swim platform and my trailer fenders I really like it.  If possible avoid black, it shrinks after installing it
