swing-away Tongue

Anyone install this on their trailer? My boat does not quite fit into the garage, and I was thinking about using an after market kit to make the trailer swing out.

However, I am a little concerned about stability/security of these devices when towing the boat.

I have had my swing away for 5 years with no problems.
