Fuel Pump
« on: October 22, 2013, 01:41:00 am »
I thought I was having fuel pump issues.  Can anyone tell me what this switch is for?  I don't see anything in the manual.

Turn key on, press red FP button down that will turn on both fuel pumps to test if running. Remove cap on fuel rail if phillips screw is raised even with the damper fuel pumps work

Keep a pair of vise grips on boat if one stops working you can pinch the reurn hose that will force the fuel bottom pump not to go back to tank.

Welcome to the site LakeGWBigHouse!  Good question about the fuel pump; I wondered the same thing too.

Capt Rick, thanks for the great advice on getting back to the hill if a pump goes out.

Thanks guys.  Looks like I may need a sending unit.  The gauge is reading half full, but I have no gas in the tank.
