Forum registration issues - FIXED
« on: June 27, 2014, 23:04:44 pm »
Hi all,

The registration email notification seems to be broken on the site so many of you trying to register have not gotten your activation email. I activated many manually but since there is a TON of spam that also registers,
Stay tuned and sorry for the trouble.

On another note:

WEBMASTER NEEDED: if you have the chops and want to take over managing this site, please let me know. I've been at it about 10 years and the job does not pay very well. It mostly runs itself but I am not always on here like I used to be ('cause the boat runs so good!) and that's why it took so long to get help for this issue.  This is a volunteer site so if you want to pitch in let me know.

Thanks!
lesman

UPDATE: Registration activation is now working properly. Let me know if you have issues by posting on the facebook site:

Les, off topic...how is you ACME 525? Can you get to 6K rpm, and does it hold 22 mph pretty good? ACME recommended a slighly more agressive 653 which is same pitch but a bit less cup. Thanks for everything!

Les,

I currently do web development and have experience with MySQL, Apache, and other server software on Linux.  Please let me know if you ever need a hand, I'd be more than willing to help.

Thanks Les!  I'd be lost most of the time without this website.  Sorry I don't have any web development skills.  Appreciate those that do.
