Looks good, I love the way teak looks when it is all shiny and such
I found for maintenance just take one of those green starbrite pads(scuff pad) and hit the parts that are looking a bit rough, then just re-oil and you're good to go.
For the fiberglass decks, just get out some 1000 grit wet-sand paper and sand out those scratches(watch out when sanding color though, take a good look at the scratch first, make sure it doesn't go all the way through to another color, or through to the glass
basically, wet the scratch with some water and wipe it with your finger, if the scratch is the same color as whats around it you are good to continue with the sanding. Just sand the scratch and a bit of the surrounding area(an inch or so) down till it isn't visible any longer. Now you take some rubbing compound to the whole deck(with a hand pad or a buffer), paying closer attention to those areas you sanded. Once it is all clean and shiny just put a couple of coats of wax on her and its just like new
