Three options:
You can get pitots from Accuski. There were two styles, and the replacements may not match the originals on the boat, and if not you have to get Accuski to flash your MMDC box to use the new style pitots. They told me a two week turnaround if I sent them my box. You will then have a semi functional, inaccurate, unreliable speedo system, as delivered from Toyota. Accuski may or may not still be in business, their system doesn't work very well. DON'T put a dime into the factory Accuski speed control that was an option on our boats.
OR, find the nearest fence, and throw your junque factory speedo system over it. Install a paddle wheel speedo and Perfect Pass with a digital speedo. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. Not the cheapest route, but you'll never be sorry you bought the best.
You can also buy a GPS speedo system. I don't know what to recommend, but I know they make them. They probably approach PP in cost, and don't give you the speed control function.
Toyotas really need the speed control, big heavy boats with a relatively small engine equals lots of throttle movement. Put some weight in them and they are nearly undriveable for a rider that is going to get airborne. Not like other boats with gobs more torque, tiny throttle movements required to maintain speed. Just my .02, I've been there.
