The owner's manual I received with the boat seems to be a generic 21/22 version. Is there one specific to the Millennium edition boats? Is there anything different about the Millennium edition that's not in the manual that I should know about?

Not really, different gauges and some stick on carbon fiber trim. The multigauge comes standard even without accuski. I think tandem trailers were part of the package too. The manual is the same.
