Epic's and Saltwater

Hey everyone I'm new to this board and I've been doing alot of research on boats and I think I've decided on an Epic altought it won't be until next spring if I can find one. But I guess my major question is how do these boats hold up to Salt water and or brackish water? Any help or experience with this would greatly help my decision.

Make sure you get one with a closed cooling system. Saltwater and aluminum blocks don't go well together.

Factory fresh water kit is still available for a v-drive boat. This can be adapted to a direct drive.
