I just got my timing belt done and I am pleased with how it all worked out. I bought/brought all the Lexus OEM parts (Timing Belt, Seals, Water Pump) and paid the shop that did it $300 for labor on a Direct Drive. I was thinking of going with the tensioners etc but they were very pristine so I just did the belt, water pump and a couple of the seals since I was at the 10 year time limit not at the hours yet. Parts cost me about $160 shipped. I also had him do a synthetic oil change (you can bring the filter/oil if you are picky

).
M&L Automotive in Waterford (right across from the Marina) did all the work. He is used to doing marine maintenance because of his location but it is the first Epic Boat he did although he has done many Lexus/Toyota/Honda/Acura cars. Give Tony a call, if you want your boat done - 262-534-6252. Part of the equation for me was location, the other two options I had I would have spent at least 3 hours of drive time between taking and retrieving the boat.
PM/email me if you want sources on the parts or any info on this shop.
