This is the wiring diagram I drew up for the 2nd battery project.  I have since changed a few things.  Instead of going with the PAC200 isolator I went with the BlueSea second battery kit which comes with a two position switch that I will replace the main battery switch with in the VDrive battery location.  Also mounted the 27AGM in another location so I did not break the bank buying 2 gauge battery cable, that shiz is way expensive.

I will probably update the diagram to reflect this, but I think this should get you going.  Also note from other posts if you run the 10 gauge to the front the consensus seems to be to run it up under the dash to a bus bar or fuse box that you mount.  From there tie directly into the DECC and leave all of the other wires that were already on the DECC still attached.  The bus bar or fuse box will give you more future options for power such as adding the HK Drive and Play.   :)

Links to dual battery setup and the bus bar:

Bus Bar: http://bluesea.com/category/9/35/productline/186 (I went with the dual bus so I could get both power and ground)

Note:  I have no background in electronics so take all of this with a grain of salt and notice I do not use the proper symbols for items such as ground, fuse, +, - and so on.  Pete may want to chime in and bless this as legit...  ???

Thanks and nice job. I just printed that off and put it in my maintenance binder for future reference.
I also noticed the gliffy.com you used for the drawing. Pretty cool website. Makes it a lot easier to understand what your explaining when you can look at a picture at the same time.

Wiring project complete!  :)

Pics attached:
1.  Isolator and back of main switch in V-Drive battery location.
2.  New Main and mounting location for isolator.  Used 3 5/8" hole saw for new switch cut out.
3.  New Trojan 27AGM house battery between rear v-drive locker and back seats.  Fits real nice.
4.  Blue Sea Dual bus for 8 GA +/- to wire the DECC up and other accesories as needed.  50 amp fuse in the rear battery location next to the isolator.
5.  HK brain zipped tied to underside of HU.  Easy to mount and remove if needed.

Water tested and everything is working perfectly.
