Mold on seats
« on: July 01, 2008, 16:54:41 pm »
Didn't air my boat out a few weeks ago before I covered it and now there's a little bit of mold on my seats. Nothing horrible, but still noticeable. Anyone have any experience with cleaning this stuff?

Thanks!

I haven't gotten mildew on the Epic yet but my pontoon is addicted to it. I use Starbrite Mildew Stain Remover. Easy, quick and cheap - same as me! Of course, this assumes we are using the terms mold and mildew interchangably-
Don't be so humble, you're not that great.

Assume you have tried simple cleaning agents or mild soap and water.  I had one trip once where something airborn cause mold / mildew to grow everywhere.  Even in the engine compartment... strange but it came off with warm soap and water.  Good advice on the conditioner... just follow what ever you do with a wash and seal is my 02
