Subwoofer Install

Have a 2000 s22 vdrive looking for a new place to install a sub or 2. I have it in the walktru storage and im sick an tired of always haveing the doors open. Send pics to joejunck@yahoo.com Otherwise tell me where u have put them and how they sound I have a alumapro bp10 thats sounds good with those doors open but loose everything when they are shut

I have a 12w6 in the passenger side rear storage facing rearward (against the back of the rear seat) I also have a 10w6 in the drivers footwell.

The speakers are both JL W6's. Both enclosures are sealed and were built to the volume for each driver. They are powered off one 1200watt class D sub amp, the 10" is at 4 ohms, the 12 at 2, they are in parallel for a 1.5 amp load. It pounds pretty good, I listen to mostly rock and sealed enclosures work well for that.

ah. you know what i did the math. technically it would be 1.333 ohms. thats a good amp if it'll run that low of impedance without cooking.
