1. I replaced my prop shaft seal for the first time and am wondering how warm( or hot)to the touch should the prop shaft be after running the boat 20-30mph for an hour? I have the seal tightened to about a drip per second.
2. Is it normal to have to use a wrench to tighten the nylon gland nut to get to this drip rate?
3. Has anyone used GFO fiber instead of flax and how did they like it?
