Tower Removal Any Advice?

Want to remove my tower, I need to get it sand blasted and painted.  Any tips on removeing the 2 bases from the boat?  Also what is the secret to removing the side upholstery panels?

for the sides there should be a bolt on the back sides up high.

First pull the two bolts that secure the top part of the tower, have somehelp tolift itespecially if u have speakers up there. You can reach all the boltswithout removing side panels on dd and drive boats.
