DDU Help Please

Looking for some ideas on what the potential issue might be with the DDU on my 2001 X22. All of the buttons seem to be functioning except for the "E" or enter button which is a problem because you need that one to access the menu options. I am unable to get into any of the features depth, temps, hours, etc... I have gone through the process of unplugging and re plugging the DDU and the MMDC, as well as checking the wiring installation with no luck which makes me believe it is the DDU itself and more specifically that "E" button. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated!

Do all other gauges work?  if yes then send DDu for testing but sounds like the FUnction is dead.
