Here is a link to a 1999 Epic 21 at Lake Norman in North Carolina.  I have not personally seen the boat, but I have talked to the owner (Jeff) and from what I hear the boat is in excellent condition.  In fact I sort of wish I bought it instead of the Epic 22 I just bought.  I think it was owned by a member of this forum that lived at Smith Mountain Lake before this guy bought it.   Here is the link to his add:

Jeff, good luck with the sale.  I wish I had of come down to look at your boat, but I found the open bow for sale the same day and it fit our needs better.  I have been having to fix one thing after another on the boat I bought though.  I hope you don't mind that I put a link on this site.  I thought it may help you sell it.

The guy backed out this afternoon.  He said he got an offer for a new boat that he couldnt refuse.  Boat is back up for sale.
