slow start help
« on: July 07, 2013, 15:34:16 pm »
Any help would be greatly appreciated on this topic.

Whenever I go to start my Epic 22 all the electrical will turn on but will not make a sound when turning the key to fire it up. After a few more turns it will make a clicking sound on the engine and after about 10 more turns it makes this electrical buzzing sound in the back of the engine where these bigger Grey fuses are.  After a few more turns about 7-10 it will start right up. After I do this there are no problems with it. There also seems to be some sort of issue with the kill switch located near the driver seat that has the red coiled plastic on it.  When are turn the battery on and turn the key for the electronics there is speed to be this loud vibrant pulsating beeping sounds but it sounds like a dying robot at first.  I literally have to pull the kill switch knob out with my fingers at first.  I'm thinking maybe water got into it or maybe the humidity would make it do that because it's only in the beginning.

Trying when you turn the key on the engine  gauges  will click zero to turn on that shows that the kill switch is working.
With Keoncrest the FP button and hold it and make sure you hear the fuel pump cranking
