2 new Skiers in the family this past weekend

I have my 6 year old son and 8 year old daughter up this weekend without a single fall.  they started on a boom then after 1 time went to a 4' handle off the boom.  then they both asked to do a deep water start.  without anyone in the water they both got up and skiing out side of the wake the first time.  I am excited but now I realized I have to share my skiing time with them.  now my son is asking to go out right when the lake opens up for "great water"  n

Another great reason to own a boat.

Couldn't agree more. For me, pulling the kids and their friends is the best reason to own the boat. For some reason, my kids took to the water and water sports easily but some of their friends required more patience. After grumbling under my breath for a summer, I decided to buy a Bimini top. Wow, what a difference. Now I can stay on the water all day. I just love being in the boat and laughing at the kids. The kids have both grown up and gone out on their own but still like to bring friends to the lake - just not as many opportunities. Enjoy every moment!
