17th Season
« on: June 06, 2016, 18:36:10 pm »
Took the boat out for the first time this year and it fired right up and ran perfectly.  This is the 17th season for this boat and it still ROCKS!!!  Yearly maintenance has been the only thing I've ever needed to do.  I still get lots of compliments, and the "What, Toyota makes boats?"  It does seem to be a cop magnet, since they have never seen a Toyota boat, LOL.  By far the best boat I've ever had and after 17 seasons, it still looks new.

I love the confused look on someone's face when they hear it's a Toyota. Like their whole life has been a lie.

A common one for me is, "you sure must love Toyota--you've plastered it all over your boat."

One of these days it would be awesome to get these two Oregon S22s on the same lake at the same time!

We go to Billy Chinook every Weds and Sunday... could probably plan a Detroit trip sometime too!

That would be great.  I love Billy Chinook.  Weekday would be best to avoid crowds.  Sometime in July/August.  Detroit is OK, too many people most of the time. I mainly go there because its only 30 minutes from the house.

Same for me, always pull her out of storage, summerize her, stick a fully charged battery in, and hit the key. Fires right up, year after year (knock on wood!).

I buffed the heck out of it last year and Memorial Day this year, looks brand new again. Believe it's my 16th season with my 99 E22!
