Water under battery

While my boat was stored, some water collected under the battery and the trailer jack will not lift the tongue high enough to drain it back into the bilge.  I was able to drain it well on the boat ramp, but I need a way for it to drain while on the trailer.  Any ideas?

Located under front of engine is a garboard drain plug with a t handle

assuming you have a direct drive vs vdrive
