When I start the boat, it fires right up and idles fine. When I move forward and give it throttle, after idling for a minute, it tries to go but does not. I can push the throttle all the way forward and it will only go at about 1000 rpms. If I put it in reverse, it gets full power (feels like). However, after about five minutes or so, it finally comes to life. However, I would think for 300hp it would do a little more. Maxes out at about 4200 rpms. Any suggestions?
