A set of metric combination wrenches, a jump start box, a multimeter (cheap one) a piece of wire to clean out the speedometer pitot, a pair of swim goggles for WHEN you wrap a rope around the prop, a pair of vice grips, one of those combination screwdrivers, a beer opener, an extra plug(water, not spark), some wire ties, hose clamps, some duct and electrical tape. Fuses for your aftermarket stereo accessories, Toyota uses breakers for boat stuff.
A lighter, a box cutter, that should do it. A spare prop and removal kit is nice but you have to pull the boat out to put it on.
I use a gallon milk jug filled with concrete for an anchor, sometimes two. The lake I use has lots of dead trees on the bottom, and I don't generally anchor overnight. If I get snagged, I take off and the handle rips off the milk jug, I at least keep my anchor rope. I only need an anchor to keep me stationary while jamming out and drinking beer, no current or anything. Mud anchors work well too, but I have lost them along with three or four others every year.
