dead gauges

 >:(none of my gauges work!!  They twitch and make the grinding noise they always do when first turning the ignition on,  but continue to make the noise now.  Any advice?
2000 Toyota E22, 3 bag 2 pump 1250# ballast system, Perfect Pass wakeboard pro, Sampson Razor tower,  2003 Silverado SS tow vehicle

Remove the plugs going into the black plastic MMDC under the dash. Check to see if all connectors are making contact. reinstall harness. If the engine does not run the lanyard wires are bad.
