I just checked the paperwork I have with me and here is what I have. These are installation instructions. If any of it is useful, I will scan it when I get home next week.
CH2200/2300 series side mount single lever controls (Teleflex): There is good news and bad news regarding adjustment and maintenance. The bad news - Under the maintenance section it states that "if stiffness of operation develops, disconnect cables from the engine and check operation. If stiffness is due to cable, it must be replaced." The good news is under the Throttle Brake Adjustment section of the installation instructions - There is an adjustable friction device (brake) that is designed to prevent throttle creep. There is a picture of the adjustment screw and instructions on how to adjust.

TMS Trailer Maintenance Guide - one page document coverinig basic issues. I found it interesting that "The system uses standard brake pads off a '91 Plymouth Acclaim". These should be easy to find. But wait, "The pads that come from the factory have a galvanized backing plate however, so it is advisable to order OEM pads when doing a brake pad replacement."
