finally, Gary Paul's S22 right after we got the tower up. Not sure if all the measurements were identical, but again, we just moved them back and forth (without scratching gelcoat) until the forward pads felt just right, drilled the forward inside hole, then moved aft for one, then cam back for the remaining foward two, then sucked down the back pad.

It's so much fun :-)

Come to think of it, Gary might not have had rubber pads, I think he used 3M 5200 sealant instead. If you look at my pre-op pic, you can see why I'm opposed to simply rubber or sealant. My preference is to maximize the meaningful contact area to spread the load as much as possible.
