Need tips for installing perfect pass on a SX
« on: June 17, 2006, 07:10:05 am »
Well I thought I could live without perfectpass in my new to me SX. WRONG, $1100 later and I'm ready to drill another hole in the bottom of a boat. Install should be the same as my E22 I'm guessing? Although my SX currently has accuski. So my big questions are how much of accuski do or can I get rid of? such as the actuator, etc.? Also where did you guys install the paddle wheel and was it a good or bad location and why? If any of you V-drive guys can give me any input I would appreciate it. Thanks.

With all the stuff under the floorboards in the SX, its hard to install the paddle wheel in the recommended spot. If you look under the perfect pass for me too thread. You will see where mine is installed. It seems to work fine to me. Luv it.
