Could you post some pics of the supercharged engine in your boat?  How much H.P. and torque do you expect?  A 30% gain in torque would be great as my boat is underpowered.  You might want to talk to a prop specialist and trans company.

Talking dirty is what pretty girls do to get us boys to go into harm's way. It's their power over us, and how they get us to follow their will. Like the sirens in Greek mythology.

You talking about our little M1UZ making the torque of an LS1 is sort of the same thing.

I'm planning on it, but first have to get the lotto numbers right. Really just curious at this point (call it lust). Would not even consider this unless the upgrade was bulletproof. Not that I'd be afraid ob being the first one to do it, I'd just never want to take a big risk with our awesome engine.

Even if I had the money, right now I wouldn't do it unless TRD came out with their kit for the 1998 and better Lexus motor. This way, it'd be aimed right at the VVT-i engines and would inculde the piggyback ECU, extra fuel injectors and intake manifold. Sure, it'd be much more expensive than what the Lextreme guys are doing, but that's what it would take for me right now to know I wasn't going to harm my engine or throw away power with bad tuning.

Actually, I'm hoping that TRD comes out with the kit and that Cal jumps on it. TRD TRD TRD TRD. Big logo on your new blower, Cal. First one in an Epic, Cal. Neck-popping G-force, Cal.

Good to know you've still got the bug...

Btw, I ordered Coil-Rites for the Sequoia this week. No on-board pump and only "500-1000" of weight-carrying, but super cheap and clean. Was looking at the truck's specs, and we've got to be really close to all limits: tongue weight, truck gross weight, towing capacity and total rig weight.

I saw an Excursion this weekend towing a Moomba Mobius. The back of the truck was squating as bad as my truck does, and that's an F-250 under there.

NICE! That's great. I researched the two brands against each other, and they seem nearly identical. I went with AirLift only because the people on yotatech could vouch for them, and I got a good deal with the compressor/bag package.

You'll be stoked you did it, I think.  I still haven't even been able to test mine out, unfortunately.

The bags were the easiest part of the install (but still not as easy as everbody says, in my opinion).  The compressor was tough...lots of lines to run and wiring to hook-up.  I'm amazed at how my bags have absolutely no leaks, and are truly maintenance free.

BTW, I don't know what the stock ride is like in Sequoia's, but in my 4runner, when you load it down (or even have people in the back), the rear end gets very bouncy. This is because the axle hits the "jounces" (the rubber cones inside the springs) when the suspension compresses.  With the airbags,  I don't get that anymore.  The car rides a ton better.

And as far as load capacities, it seems like the bags are conservatively rated, from what the yotatech.com kids say.  Mine have a maximum capacity of 1000 lbs also.  So I wouldn't even worry about overloading...the worst that happens is you have to buy a replacement bag for about $40.

Congrats. Good luck with the install.  Sorry for the blah, blah, blah...I'm easily excitable.

The real reason for the bags...no it's not the headlights at night or anything like that, it's so I can finally make a good post to:

PICTURES OF YOUR RIGS OR SOMETHING

Gotta represent the T-O-Y, you know? Can't be showing it with a saggin butt.
