DON't tow with the factory cover on, the straps will rip off. Don't use a smaller spare, the tires are rated at 1750 lbs each, pushing the envelope if you are over or improperly loaded. You can buy a mount for 20$ that moves the spare to the side rail of the trailer. No problems there. Got mine from Overtons.

Boat is loaded out and looks clean as a whistle. Beautiful. How many hours?

Cyclone, the previous owner always towed it with the cover on....  It has a rope that runs along the bottom of the cover and sinches in the back with two rachets that make the cover very tight around the boat..
