A while back there was a thread that discussed additives. The consensus seemed to be that BG44K is great stuff but may be hard on the fuel lines, etc. Has anyone used it? If so, any noticable difference in performance? Any negative side effects?
Although my engine has relatively low hours (210), I have always used premium fuel and assume the same for the ONE TANK of gas Breakway used, it is 9 years old and may some internal sprucing up. As I posted earlier, I cleaned the airway (spark arrestor, MAF and throttle body) a few weeks ago and feel much better for it although the changes were negligible. Of course, the boat was running great before so it is hard to improve much on that!
Soooo, BG44K, yes or no?
