Just checked the parts page, $500.00 for a new pump.  Ouch!

Anyone got a spare laying around they want to get rid of?

Thats a lot of money!  What makes you think you need to replace it? Is it cracked? broke off? leaking?

It's got a little leak and i think that's where my over heating problem is coming from.

Thats a lot of money.  I think it is a standard sea water pump, not Toyota specific.  Somewhere I read it was a Johnson pump.  It seems like there is a model # on the front of the pump.  It is on the impeller cover.  You might be able to find this pump for less.  Also, Capt Rick sent a "make an offer" type posting earlier this month.  You might be able to get it cheaper.

I would try to specifically find the leak.  it would suck to spend $500 and find out it was a $6 "O" ring that needed replaced or
worse yet a loose hose clamp.

It IS a Johnson pump, (off the shelf) it can probably be rebuilt either way. Shawn, is it leaking from the seal around the shaft or the seal around the backplate? If it's the backplate, get a new O ring. You might take a straight edge and verify that the back plate is flat. If it's the seal around the shaft, I'd ask around locally, somebody should be able to put a new bearing/seal in there for a lot less. There really isn't anything else it could be, it's a pretty simple pump.

Well, I got a couple IM's with a couple solutions.  My exhaust hose had a couple holes in it, like it got super hot and melted.  So i replaced that and ran it for an hour or so in the street without any over heating problems.

I did find a small leak coming from the bearing in the water pump and if I overheat again, that will be my next repair

As before... are you talking about the raw water pump or the engine water pump?

That is the raw water pump.  Should be cheaper to replace from skidim or any other inboard parts dealer when you decide to.
