2001 SX 22 in great condition for sale in Austin, Tx

Runs perfect, upholstery is fresh, upgraded stereo, ballast system, tinted windshield, raised platform (can be lowered back to stock) LED transom light.  Boat is ready for the lake and needs nothing.  Trailer has good tires and recent bearings and breaks.  Boat has 2 covers and is always wiped down and dry stored. I have owned the boat over 10 years and it's in great shape, better than ever.  I will sell to anyone on here for $20k and not a dollar less.  It's a great boat at a very fair price and is extremely clean.  Call for info at 512-632-9735

How many hours? Perfect pass? internal ballast all works? Additional ballast in storage? What prop?

Just questions I would ask if I could buy it. I love my 01 S22 but wish I had the internal ballast.

No perfect pass. Internal ballast works, acme 3blade prop.  Has fat sacks for additional weight.  Shows 465 hours but not sure.. Has a GPS module that was never hooked up and new depth finder module that isn't mounted.  The boat and interior are very clean, motor runs perfect and the stereo sounds good.  Has transom shower but seems useless in Texas.. Upgraded to two battery system with Perko switch.  Its a great boat overall and I will miss it.

I live in Austin and saw your boat also listed on craigslist.  Questions-
1. Where do you get the Epics serviced in Austin?
2. Have you have the boat on Lake Travis?  I noticed your pics are from Lake Austin.  How does the Epic handle the rough water on Travis?  We have Lake House on Travis and sold our Mastercraft Maristar While the lake was down.
3. I know very little about these boats.  I have owned Mastercraft and Supras on both Lake Austin and Travis. 
4. Is the boat reliable
5. How is the wake for surfing>  We not real serious surfers but do enjoy it.
