Rick, do you know anyone that can speak the language? Sounds like a conference call might be in order.

Teamkaito,

So, the engine is removed, and the cooling system is OK, no leaks?

Is it a closed loop cooling system? (coolant not seawater?)

Rick said to check the oil cooler, it can leak inside. See picture.

Thank you cyclone ,

My Epic is an indirect cooling system.

Moreover, an oil cooleris normal.

Teamkaito,

Did your engine freeze with water in the block? (0 deg Celcius)

cyclone ,

Since my Epic is putting in LLC by indirect cooling, it does not freeze.

It might be a head gasket, or cracked head, or the small tube under the intake manifold (behind the thermostat)

I don't know of anything else that could mix water and oil, assuming the oil cooler is OK.

Capt Rick, any more ideas?
