Thanks Forum,
Now my bilge pump when out.
Original equipment on the "99" E22 was a Attwood 500, maybe not all, but some.
A replacement cost me $47.00. Same gph, different Attwood style.
Just have to pop the old base off the hull and glue down a new one.
We put on dripless packing on a Tristar 190 a four years ago.
I will see them this weekend and check it out.

Related topic bilge and ballast pumps.  My 10 SX has what looks like three identical pumps. Bilge seems to work fine.  Drain ballast works fine. Trim ballast works fine - or at least both threw water all over my driveway.  Got it in the water, fill can run for an hour and not bring any water in.. huh?  I can hear it come on - just doesn't suck.  Perhaps wired backwards like noted above for bilge?
