Do they make a PP with GPS where you don't have to drill a hole through the hull?

I just saw Sailtl's Epic 21 with Perfect Pass Stargazer. It also uses a paddlewheel with the GPS system. It looks and works great.

They could be. AAll you'd have to do is relocate the potentiometer that the throttle cable moves and extend the wires. I've thought about it.

Im getting the PP StarGazer Wake edition.  Says no paddle wheel required now!
How hard is it to move the flux capacitor to make it drive by wire?  is it  worth doing or should I stick with the standard mount?

I am interested as well. How much work to incorporate one of these into our boats (I have the X22)? I spoke with another person this weekend and he purchased a new Malibu Response with the ZeroOff from zerogps.com. He said it is a wonderful unit but came as an option with his boat, not aftermarket. Put in the person's name, push the throttle to full speed and it works like a charm. I like the idea of adding a "perfect pass" type system without cutting holes so the gps sounds ideal. I am interested to know if any of you have installed either the PP Stargazer mentioned or this unit, if it is possible with our boats, and what it takes to install.

The hole is no big deal and is really necessary for a good pull. You need an accurate speed.

Im OK with putting a hole in the boat if it's necessary.  The flyer says that the paddle wheel isn't required but I don't know anyone with StarGazer only.
Is the DBW conversion difficult to accomplish?
