2000 S22 $17K in Ga.

I've got a 2000 S22 for sale.  This is the first place I'm listing.  Ebay and CL are later.  I'm the second owner (purchased 06) from Cyclone on this site.  Fresh water only.  Stored on my lift with covered boat house.  Boat's in good shape.  Color is White/Polar Blue.  I'll try and get pics up tonight or tomorrow.   Just winterized the boat last week.  Will only test drive for SERIOUS inquiries as it costs me $150 from marina to redo.  Boat's at my house on Lake Tobesofkee.  Located about an hour south of Atlanta.  Trailer in storage.  Will provide new tires for trailer.     

Specs include:
Wake tower with speakers
Sony Stereo CD/MP3 or Ipod input/12" Subwoofer/400w amp.
Front and Rear Ballast pumps (front fat sac exposed and rear sac in trunk)
4 blade prop
West Marine captains seat with flip up bolster
Key pad ignition (no need for key)

All original fabric and seams are getting stressed in front, seat cushions...otherwise all fabric condition and color is fine.  Normal knicks and scratches, but overall interior and exterior is in good shape.  Feel free to call me at 478-390-4122 or PM Cyclone (on here) for background info.

Forgot to add that it's got Perfect Pass installed.  Jump seat and original OEM cover included as well.  Hours are in the 600+ range.  I can't remember exactly and will post that exact # up as soon as I can get my pics up.  It's raining here and I just got in from work around dark, so I'll post them up ASAP.  Selling because I may be moving off the lake I live on and don't want a boat to deal with if we move away.  I'd buy another if things work out.

Here's some pics.  I forgot to include the jump seat in the pics and Wakeboard racks can be included if wanted.  They are C&C racks.  The bungie cords are shot and will need replaced, but otherwise nice billet racks.  I had a couple of mistakes in my listing.  Apologies. 
Mistake#1:  Stereo is an Alpine (not Sony)...has a removeable face plate and wireless remote as well
Mistake#2:  Was way off on hours.  I never look at the hour meter, so I was really guessing.  804 hrs.

I plan on giving it it's final wash, wax and rub down for the winter.  I usually de-winterize around March/April so it will take a solid offer to get me to dewinterize and run the baby.  All questions welcome.  I work odd hours at a hospital so be patient if you email or leave a PM on here.  I'll get back to you ASAP.  Thanks.http://

You said S22 in the title but it is an Epic 22, not S22.  S22's are v-drives. Epic 22's are direct drives which you have for sale. Epic X22's are the Gravity Games edition 22
