Just wondering if I could get some help to locate a side console for a 99 E-22?
Is there a part number, or any left in TMS stock? It is located below the
throttle on the shelve next to the drivers seat. It holds, shower, heater,water
temp, depthfinder, and accessories switches.

Curtis,
You might be able to find one, or you could certainly make one. It was just a little stapled together Starboard (plastic) box with grey carpeting on it. It has a black faceplate with switches on it. You could use the grey carpet from Lowes, and while you are there, buy a couple of plastic cutting boards. I drill the holes and use drywall screws.

West marine has premade faceplaces with switch holes, and blank ones I think. Pretty easy to do yourself. I think there's some pictures in the Ballast Installation manual.

Actually, the console is covered with double stitched vinyl. Pics on the maintenance page in the PDF's from Toyota.
