Gang, I just got a brand new complete trans/v drive assy complete with bellhousing from TRD. It has a 1.46 ratio v-drive attached. I would rather have a 1.21 (at least I think that is the other ratio) as I will eventually put this in a speed vs. ski boat application. It is NOT for sale, nor are any parts off of it for sale. I would like to swap it for a 1.21 ratio (wakejunky might be interested?).
Since this is new and your 1.21 would be used I would ask that you either bring the 1.21 to me for swap out or pay for shipping of both the 1.21 to me and the 1.46 to you. I would bolt the unit off the transmission and remove the stringer mounts off the sides of it (as I would imagine you would want to reuse your old ones since they are adjusted to your boat). I would also ask you reuse your old cooler as it seems like it could easily get dented in shipping.
Takers? Folks who could come to Augusta, GA with their 1.21 unit for trade would have priority as well as lower hours on their 1.21 unit.
