99 Epic 22 - Button Down Cover?
« on: April 27, 2007, 15:41:44 pm »
I want a custom fitting cover for my Epic 22.  I was thinking about something that uses buttons and fastens to the boat.  Anyone have any advice?

I'm hoping someone knows of a company that already has the measurements for an Epic 22.

highly, Highly, (HIGHLY!) recommend Rankin covers.  They are a little pricey (about $800 or so) but are worth every penny.  No snaps -- just a slick system that wraps a line around the boat's fender so you can pull it tight in the back, tighten five straps, and it fits like a glove.  You can do searches on here to find pics.   Or on Wakeworld.  They are made in Washington and already have the dimensions for an Epic 22, X22, S22 and SX.  You can google it and find their contact info.

My Rankin cover is two years past it's five year warranty. Broke a snap last weekend and Monday they offered to fix it no charge. Their response to my question of what to do was, "we stand behind our product, we'll repair it." Gotta love that kind of customer service.
