How is the PP coming along?  Props on all of the new photos (new to me anyway) on the how to page.  what a great service to all of us owners!!!!  I noticed the the pp (progress) installation and am wondering if you have been able to make it work.  I'm awaiting the day that you say that it works so i can go out and buy one.

could very well save my marriage (and countless others)
Thank you for your dedication!

Thanks, Scott. I am stuck on a mechanical issue, how to attach the PP cable to the stock throttle linkage. Other than that, the system is installed. I'll get some pics up so that others here with some ingenuity can help me come up with a solution. I'll try to do it today. Glad you like the site!

I know I can make it work, but I might have to change the shifter to get more range of motion on the throttle throw. I'm trying to figure out how to do it without replacing the shifter. The problem is that I can't get a straight shot with the PP cable in line with the factory throttle cable due to the throttle being shrouded by the plastic air intake plenum. It is a relatively simple mechanical problem. I need a little help. I'll post pics very soon, promise.
If you are looking for an Epic, there is a very sweet 2000 X22, black and white, in fantastic shape, for sale. Asking 26K, just traded. Atlantabuff switched teams, bought a SANTE.

That'd be a DD...

The E21's, E22's and X22's are DD's; the S22's and SX's are V's.

Well, I decided to start testing PP even with the mechanical restriction that only gives me about 60% throttle opening. While testing, I found that I had a bad servomotor. PP responded quickly and a new on is on the way. I should be able to test it next weekend if the part comes. I am going to take some more pictures TODAY and post them so that you geniuses can help me solve this simple mechanical problem. Then, everyone gets PP for FREE. (sorry, not really!)

When I had the ballast in last weekend, my wife says, "it's too much work driving that thing; just don't have fun, ya know?"

Sounds to me she's gonna be ready for PP :-)

The other thing is the fat sacs - eventually, she'll get tired of me fussing with those things and she'll give up a few duckets and the v-drive compartments for an auto ballast.

Well, it works. IT WORKS. Even with the little extension on the throttle arm, I get to 5650 rpm and 36.3 mph, I was getting 5900 and 38.8 with the stock linkage. Still can't get to WOT with the extension but I don't think I care. BEST PULL OF MY LIFE. Get one today, PP will source the bracket as soon as I get them drawings. They are AWESOME by the way, had a bad servo on Fri and a new one Mon afternoon.
