tower color
« on: May 16, 2007, 21:12:00 pm »
i purchased an Epic X-22 last summer and used it a lot.  i took a trip to powell and had the tower/speaker cover on and got caught in a gnarly wind/thunderstorm, after the trip i noticed that the tower had some kind of black smudges on it.  i tried to clean them off but they were still there. my tower is white and I've thought about getting the whole thing painted black anyways, because i think it will look better, but i don't want to bust my wallet. any suggestions on getting it painted or anything to get rid off the smudges??  thanks.

Krylon epoxy appliance paint does wonders. I had a tower speaker come loose on the highway and it scratched it up pretty good. That stuff is amazing, you couldn't see the scratch when I sold the boat.
