What's happening to ski boats?
« on: February 27, 2004, 05:49:05 am »
I was at a boat dealer that has a great board and ski shop. They carry mastercraft and other runabouts and fishing boats. I noticed a different looking mastercraft that they must of just got in, I thought it was the x-star.
What the @%&*!! It was this new mastercraft X-80
just shy of 29ft and twin (yes 2) v-drive engines. Its got a head and a fresh water sink, who the hell needs that(chicks maybe)? Talk about sticker shock, with the upgrade engines(over 700hp)it goes for over $106,000.

I think all of us epic heads are lucky, we have great boats, unique boats,  not some mammoth overpriced fuel burning  yacht that is a excuse for ones overly small ski handle.
