I hate to say it but...I'm jealous.  That's exactly the boat I would get if I were to get a new boat.  Someone had the 24' version on the lake this year (brand new with nobody to ride behind it) and Flyn was lucky enough to get a pull behind it.  He cried for a week about the stress on his knees (due to the ridiculous air he claims he got).  Overall it seems like a classy setup and a great boat for the money.  I would like to believe that those Supras are what our boats would have been, had they kept producing them.  I look forward to your updates and comparisons between the boats.  Congrats and Happy New Year.

I'll be out west this summer, I have skymiles to burn:) Gotta see Cals new rig. Sounds like you got all the options, Cal! That bimini is nice, works so much better than the giant contraption that Malibu puts on their tower. Tower is the best imho on the Supras, can't believe how shakey the MC tower is. Gelcoat sounds cool, black and white looks SO good.

Didn't know about the PP working w/integrated trim tab, that is a really cool idea. My boat SUCKS with a couple people in the back and no weight up front, bowrise is terrible. Dang, I really am scared to go to the boat show. It's next weekend ;D

Thank you all for the kind words.  I'm not going far.

Pete, you'd better get out here.  I feel like I really did get all the options, but according to Supra, it's nearly the base package.   The cargo rack is a wallet-killer, but as soon as you see it in person, you instantly will realize it is a must-have.  It is the coolest feature on the entire boat -- and costs about as much as an engine upgrade!

I'll start a new thread as soon as I take delivery.  I could post the dealer pics, but it's way more fun to post the pics of it attached to my rig and in my driveway.

Two more pics attached.  Note the distribution blocks in the stereo picture.  I wired 4-gauge wire to the distribution block to make it VERY easy to add more amps, subs, tower speakers, etc.  Also, the tower is still wired with 14-gauge wire for tower speakers (you can see the black electrical tape in one of the pics below holding the wiring in place).  It could be removed, but if the future buyer wants tower speakers and additional amps, I just made it a lot easier.

Nice boat if especially if you already have an epic and want to "upgrade" to a newer, more accesorized or lower hours boat. That's essentially what I did last yr. It was a low cost upgrade, most of my accessories went into the new boat. You can have it delivered for 2k or so just about anywhere. It will go quickly once the weather warms up!

Congrats on the new boat!  ;D

Make sure you stick around, we need as many people as we can get at the 2nd Annual NW Roundup!  Id love to get an X22, but not in the budget for me and I think my parents are looking to replace my moms car here soon.  Whoever gets that boat should realize the TLC invested in it, I think our E22 will stay in the family until the engine dies or it falls to pieces.

Boat is officially SOLD!  Though I will admit, it was a sad and bittersweet moment as I watched my beloved Epic drive off into the sunset with another man... :)  Congratulations to John from Langley, BC -- I'm sure he'll introduce himself on this forum soon enough.  And Pete, we figured out a page that needs to be added to your winterization docs -- blowing out the heater core.   John was smart enough to bring along a friend to do all the dirty-work of getting the boat truly winter-ready, so that he and I could just sit back, relax, and play with the PerfectPass.  ;)

Like I've said a few times already, I won't be going far.  I wish that the Supra community was half as good as the Epic community is, unfortunately it doesn't seem to be a very tight-knit group.  So you'll just have to keep putting up with me...

That's great Cal. I'm sure John will love the boat. Funny that you mention it, I winterized my heater for the first time this yr, never had one before! Took pics too. My heater was not winterized last yr, didn't remember to do it  :o Worked fine though.

It would be good to have pics of a D drive heater too, if anyone happens to do theirs.
