If it has never been in saltwater, it is probably the strongest Epic on the market.  Super rare 2002 and equipped nice.  The second listing seems a little fishy, why would you buy a boat, ship it from Minnisota to Fla. and then re-list it?  Then in the Florida listing you use the same pictures from the original listing?  If it is for real, and has not been in salt, it is probably the best Epic availiable right now.

I bought the Boat and had it shipped to Florida.  After it arrived, my wife decided she wanted a larger boat.  I have done $2000.00 in upgrades and maintenance, and have never put it in the water. I decided to use the original pictures as I thought they would suffice. If someone is truly interested, I will send more recent pictures upon request. I am heartbroken to have to sell but you understand the need to keep the Mrs. happy!
NOTHING FISHY HERE!

BTW it has 170 hours.  The Hull Warranty is by Toyota USA.

What kind of upgrades and maintenance did you do?  What kind of boat are you going to buy to replace it?

Also, why would you spend $2k in upgrades and turn around and sell it in an impulsive manner?  If the wife said no because of an obvious reason like size, why spend the 2k?

I put a new canvas top on it. I also had the engine serviced. Fully cleaned and detailed.
I purchased a 40 foot Searay Sedan bridge. We want to go to the Keys. I will buy a smaller boat at sometime when the state county and local municipality  approve a dock. I had no idea it takes 6-9 months to get approval for a dock in this state.
